2010 has been an interesting year for all. Even though USA and Europe continue to battle their way out of recession and financial troubles, India has demonstrated that its growth story remains strong. The opportunity as well as potential for development and growth remains robust and attractive

Resource Management

2010 has been a year of hard work and our various initiatives of superimposing on the existing effective platform have reaped benefits. The study commissioned by E&Y 'Process Mapping and Gap Analysis' helped the leadership to efficiently prioritize and allocate resources to effectively enhance the delivery mechanism. We strengthened the delivery management teams at all levels (Corporate, Regional & Functional) and today are proud to say that the Securitas India team is truly among the best teams in the Country

Investment in Technology

Securitas India already leads as the most technologically advanced security services provider in India and all of the functional management team are connected online by Blackberry, Laptop, Data Card etc. We continue to invest heavily to upgrade and make the business and technology platform stronger and robust. We are happy to inform you that the advanced ERP (by Ramco) is being uploaded within tight time lines. This will further enable our on-ground and strategic business leaders, to take Informed Decisions’ swiftly and positively effecting the service delivery.

Growth and Evolution

The Securitas team has really put in the efforts in 2010 and has proudly delivered a ~85% organic growth, this calendar year. The good news is twofold: firstly, most of the new growth comes from existing satisfied customers, who value our partnership; and secondly, the quality and scale of new contracts have up-skilled the complex servicing into an ‘Integrated Safety & Solutions Mechanism’. This is today pioneering the evolution of the Security industry in India, moving from simple guarding to effective Integrated Solutions.

Securitas India and The Walsons Group are fully committed in the journey of taking the company’s delivery mechanism (People, Processes & Systems), from 'Good to Great'.
