Ms. Richa Arora, is a post graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She also did her Masters in Business Administration and has over 17 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Operations, Customer Service and Team leading in various industries. (Employment Verification, Security Services and Hospitality).

She has been associated with Securitas India (Walsons Services Pvt. Ltd.) since year 2005, as a part of core team and is managing the Employee Verification Business and Corporate Communications for the company. As a part of her earlier responsibilities – she lead the Human Resource function for Securitas India.

Her experience, hands on approach, customer orientation and leadership skills have been key factors which has immensly contributed towards the overall growth of Securitas India.
