Mr. Arjun Wallia is a successful young entrepreneur, who with his vision and dynamic leadership built 'Walsons', from a garage at its inception to becoming one of the leading security services companies in India.

After his graduation, Mr. Wallia worked at Ford Inc. in London, UK, where he learnt his first lessons in Business Management and Global Perspectives of the marketplace. In 1995, compelled by the passion to start his own business, he returned to India and in 1996, after an extensive research of the Indian market place, he founded Walsons Services Pvt. Ltd. to cater to the business support services domain.

Growing Walsons for over a decade without any funding or loans was not an easy task, but business growth and investing returns in the business for it's further growth had been a clear focus for Mr. Arjun Wallia all through. After building the business & growing progressively, Mr. Wallia took Walsons to a new platform in November 2007. Walsons partnered with Sweden-based Securitas AB, the world's largest security organization. Securitas was looking at a partner to enter India and Walsons emerged as the preferred associate for the Swedish firm. Today Walsons, is re-branded as Securitas India, and is extending background verification expertise.

Walsons HR Solutions is one of the recent business initiatives under Mr. Wallia’s leadership. The company provides integrated facility management solutions ranging from housekeeping to meter reading to waste management and other services.
