Selection
Every candidate has to undergo a pre selection test in which he is graded under a 10 metric selection process including:
 
Appearance & Presentation (Built, Height, Weight)
Basic Qualification – Minimum Matriculate
Communication skills (Verbal, Written, Expressions)
Professional Experience
Initiative/ Willingness to learn
IQ/ General Knowledge
Self Discipline
Endurance Adaptability
Willing to relocate
Team Spirit
   
The candidate is graded on each and only when the candidate passes this pre selection test, he is forwarded to the training department for the 6 day training module.
