Supervision

A well worked out Supervision Process to ensure that our Quality Standards are being met & delivered through our services.

It includes:

	Continuous Supervision through Patrolling Staff
	Surprise Night Checks by Middle & Senior Mgmt

	Area Managers and Field Supervisors visit to 10-12 sites each in a particular area round the clock.
The client’s premises/office are visited on a daily basis to:
	Check the turn out of the guards
	Check the registers like material movement, night report and incident report register
	Meet the contact person for their valuable feedback
	Pick up the rota from the post, as it is mandatory to enter guards attendance on a daily basis
