| Walsons Security Training Academy |
|
|
|
Training is the main differentiator for good operational effectiveness and delivery of good services in the security industry. Therefore, Walsons Services lay great stress on training and affiliated activities to keep abreast with the latest trends in the industry. In keeping with this dictum the organization has training facilities at major towns in the country under the respective GM's. Moreover the newly introduced PSARA Act also promulgates this requirement. |

| Concept |
| We believe that all performance related activities are Training Issues. Therefore any slipups/ errors and omissions in operational performance can be addressed through training inputs. |
| Training staff |
| The academy has a dedicated staff of three training officers and a training manager along with dedicated recruiting staff. |

| Location and Space |
|
|
| The first such training academy was established in the NCR Region, at the Delhi-Gurgaon border. The academy has sufficient space for Lodging and Training of 50 Guards at a time, whilst all the other academies can handle up to 30 Guards at a time. In due course they are proposed to upgrade to 100 guards. |

| Facilities and Infrastructure |
| The training facilities consist of classrooms, obstacle course, drill ground, flag hoisting area, training cum clothing store etc. |
| Courses |
| The various courses conducted are Basic Induction Training for Freshers and Ex Services Personnel, Refresher Training and On the Job Training. |
| Curriculum |
| The Curriculum followed is in line with the laid down guidelines with additional emphasis on Code of Conduct, Wearing of Uniform, Diligent Performance of Duties, Honesty, Integrity, Fire Fighting Training, Disaster and Emergencies Management and Case Studies. |
